Relax and Rejuvenate

Yoga is taught by Hillary, and is designed to be a Sunday evening relaxing session. Come into the gym after the Open Gym is closed and enjoy a lights out, candle lit session. This class gives you a reset session to round out your week and send you into a peaceful, relaxed next week. Winter sessions including teachings on finding peace within. This class is free to all monthly members and guests can join us for a $5 drop in fee.

This Class Meets on Sunday evenings at 6pm
