Olympic Weightlifting

Oly Class is about working on your form, building strength, and getting reps after reps after reps of practice! This class is perfect for a CrossFitter wanting to get better at the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch. Olympic Weightlifting is good practice for anyone needing dynamic strength, and is taught by our very own Amy Ferraris (formerly Hay), a former competitor with the National Team.

This Class Meets on Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10am
