About the Class
Kid’s Fitness Classes are designed to show Kids that fitness is fun! We work on developing basic motor skills and physical awareness in a fun, challenging, and rewarding environment. In this class, kids are using running, jumping, bounding, climbing and more to learn how to move. Our goal is to create a deep love for exercise and fitness as young as we can so that these kids can grow into active, fitness loving adults.
Kid’s Fitness meets at 3pm on Tuesday and Thursdays. Please join us for a free trial class to see if this is a good fit for your young athlete.
Classes are $89 per month or $15 per drop-in
