A quick fitness class for busy people

Thirty Minutes Long

Our thirty minute classes are back! HIIT 30, formerly called Fundamentals, has returned! This class focusses on building strength and endurance with a class designed to get you moving the minute you walk in the door. You’ll move through a few series of EMOMs (every minute on the minute), AMRAPs (as many reps as possible), and for-time workouts to pack in the most punch we can in a short amount of time.

All fitness levels welcome!

This class is designed, specifically, for folks that want a class with an easy entry. Movements are simple and easily scaled up or down for all levels. Equipment is limited to 2-3 items per class for quick setup and teardown, and ease of use for the workout itself. If you’re coming in after a long time of being sedentary or hoping to build a base before moving into other programs or sports, this program has you covered.
