HIIT 30

HIIT 30, formerly called Fundamentals, has returned! This class focusses on building strength and endurance with a class designed to get you moving the minute you walk in the door. This class is designed, specifically, for folks that want a class with an easy entry. Movements are simple and easily scaled up or down for all levels. Equipment is limited to 2-3 items per class for quick setup and teardown, and ease of use for the workout itself. If you’re coming in after a long time of being sedentary or hoping to build a base before moving into other programs or sports, this program has you covered.

This Class meets Monday – Friday at 11:30am
